CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION

Following Government guidelines, the Trustees for the FBC have decided to open the grounds of the centre on Friday mornings 10.00-12.00 starting 10th July for its members.

The Centre still remains closed until further notice.

The following strict guidelines must be adhered to:

  • Keep 2m apart (tables and chairs will be placed accordingly)
  • Use the hand sanitisers provided
  • BYO drinks, cups and food
  • No access to toilets or The FBC Centre

An outstanding and unique facility for the community of Bishops Hull and the surrounding area. A fabulous resource.

It is a large house set in its own extensive grounds in Mountway Rd Bishops Hull with free parking, offering a variety of leisure, educational and recreational facilities.

The centre is for hire at the discretion of the trustees to members and non members.

Most activities are free to members, membership available to the over 50`s for a small nominal annual fee.

Current activities include art, whist, bridge, croquet, boules, music appreciation, german conversation, family history, parchment, local and non local coach outings, film Shows, craft & chat, monthly lunches, Franks Cafe, broadband, PC and laptop access, free library.

Members can drop in anytime between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday to make themselves a cup of tea or coffee (small charge) and enjoy the house, conservatory, summer house and gardens.
