Bishop's Hull Book Club

Bishop's Hull Book Club has been running since 1984 and at any one time there are approximately 20 members. This is a women only group and there is an annual fee. The range of reading matter is extensive with the year's programme being established each September by suggestions from the members. Last year's covered current prize winning novels, through poetry, plays and even the bible.

A book is chosen for each month and is often accompanied by other books of the same genre or author, etc.

There are also theatre trips including to Stratford and the Globe.
