Minutes arising from earlier events
It was agreed that the Christmas lights and musical evening had been a great success with lots of positive feedback. Better communication needed next time so that music etc was organised well in advance and effort made not to clash with other events locally.
A good job had been done by the DLO, the lights are now down and being stored by them. Some were damaged and will need replacing for next Christmas.
Thanks to the PC who have been so supportive and involved in what we are doing.
Future Events
MJ had spoken to Robin Bush who now charges up to £700 for a talk and would do only a general talk, not a specifically BH one. It was felt that at present this was prohibitively expensive and not local enough.
MJ had only this week received details of the Dylan Thomas Society and will be following it up.
Still trying to get more info on Music Hall.
Fun Day
We need now to push ahead with organising the Fun Day as there is much to be done.
Meeting called for 7/02/2006 - inviting Bond family to pursue this. SP

Larry's suggestion of Film Club to be pursued in Winter in the meantime Larry will investigate cost of equipment etc hire.
