The next meeting of Bishop’s Hull Parish Council will be held at the Frank Bond Centre, Mountway Road, Bishop’s Hull on Wednesday, 9th December 2009, at 7.30 p.m.

As this is the last meeting before Christmas, it is traditional to have some refreshments after the meeting.  Please feel free to invite partners to attend.

1. Any requests for financial assistance (inc Frank Bond Centre);
2. Draft Financial Regulations - attached;
3. Estimates for 2010/11 – attached;
4. Precept for 2010 to be agreed;
5. Cheques for authorisation and signature;
4. Persimmon Application – update.
5. Planning – to consider other applications received.
6. Youth facilities – please bring notes already circulated by email from Jane Kilty and Rod Porter.
7. Inclusion of email addresses on parish website.
8. Reports from associated local bodies, including LAT.
9. Date of next meeting – Thursday 14th January 2010.

The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
