The next meeting of Bishop's Hull Parish Council will be held at the Frank Bond Centre, Mountway Road, Bishop's Hull on Thursday, 25th February 2010, at 7.30 p.m.

2. Minutes:-
a) Minutes of the meeting held on 14th January 2010 (attached);
b) Matters arising and Declarations of Interest not already recorded.
3. Finance:-
a) To receive re-formatted estimates for 2010/11 - attached;
b) To consider any requests for financial assistance, including VHPFT;
c) Cheques for authorisation and signature.
4. Persimmon Application
a) S106 meeting on 15th February - report back;
b) Request for letter to the Ombudsman - Mr Burgess to provide details at the
meeting.
5. Planning
a) to consider applications received;
b) Response to the Core Strategy.
6. Parish Council Clerk's Duties and responsibilities
7. Footpaths Group (next meeting 17th March).
8. Reports from associated local bodies, including LAT.
9. Date of next meeting - Thursday 8th April 2010 (preceded by the Annual Parish Meeting)

The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
