The next meeting of Bishop’s Hull Parish Council will be held at the Frank Bond Centre, Mountway Road, Bishop’s Hull on Thursday 30th June 2011, at 7.30 p.m.

a) Minutes of the meeting held on 19th May 2011 (attached);

5. Financial matters:-
a) Requests for financial assistance, if any;
b) To sign off the accounts for 2010/11 (attached);
c) To sign off the forms for external audit (attached);
d) Bank mandate – formal resolution;
e) Cheques for authorisation and signature.
6. Kissing Gate at Longaller.
7. Local Authority cuts – drains, weeds, mobile library, other cuts - possible joint working with other Parish Councils
8. Highways Issues:-
a) Bishop’s Hull Road;
b) Bus gate, Mountway Road;
c) SCC’s local transport improvement schemes

a To consider applications received:-
019 - Change of use – mobile home and storage unit at Fideoak Mill
020 - Change of use – day nursery at Colourtone, Roughmoor
021 - Single storey extension to side of 23 Morgans Rise
022T - Tree work at Bramdean, BH Road
025 - United Reform Church, conversion to a dwelling
b) Establishing an Advisory Group – membership and Terms of Reference;
