A meeting of Bishop's Hull Parish Council will be held at the Frank Bond Centre, Mountway Road, on Thursday, 11th September 2008, at 7.30 p.m.

a) Minutes of the meeting held on 10th July 2008 (copy herewith);
b) Matters arising and Declarations of Interest not already recorded.
3. Finance:-
a) Renewal of membership of CPRE;
b) Application for financial assistance from Victim Support;
c) Application for financial assistance from Bishop's Hull Residents' Group;
d) Cheques for authorisation and signature
4. Planning:-
a) Update on Persimmon Homes application to develop fields to west of Bishop's
Hull Road;
b) Other applications received.
5. Vandalism in the refurbished play area.
6. Reports from other local bodies, including LAT + introducing PACT.
7. Footpaths report.
8. Date of next meeting - Thursday 23rd October 2008, at 7.30 p.m.

The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
