The next meeting of Bishop's Hull Parish Council will be held at the Frank Bond Centre, Mountway Road, Bishop's Hull on Thursday, 10th September 2009, at 7.30 p.m.

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Minutes:-
a) Minutes of the meeting held on 16th July 2009 (attached);
b) Matters arising and Declarations of Interest not already recorded.
3. Finance:-
a) Any requests for financial assistance;
b) The Bishop's Hull Charity (MS to report);
c) Dropped kerb on Shutewater Hill - increased cost;
d) Bench at Haydon Close - cost and process;
e) Cheques for authorisation and signature.
4. Persimmon Application -
a) To consider response submitted by Chairman (circulated by email in August);
b) to consider holding a meeting with interested local groups to discuss S106
agreements;
c) to consider holding a Parish Meeting.
5. Planning - to consider other applications received.
6. Village Events Group - relationship with Parish Council.
7. Street Cleaner.
8. Reports from associated local bodies, including LAT.
9. Date of next meeting - Thursday 22nd October 2009.
10. Items of Report
The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may
raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
