a) Minutes of the meeting held on 18th December 2008 (copy herewith);
b) Matters arising and Declarations of Interest not already recorded.
3. Finance:-
a) Requests for financial assistance (if any);
b) Cheques for authorisation and signature.
4. Standing Orders (copies of existing NALC model scheme to be circulated).
5. Freedom of Information Act scheme.
6. Planning:-
a) Update on Persimmon Homes application;
b) Other applications received.
7. Street Cleaner - volunteer to supervise.
8. Reports from other local bodies, including LAT.
9. Footpaths report, if required.

The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
