a) Request for donation from Frank Bond Centre for pavement widening;
b) Any other requests for financial assistance;
c) Cheques for authorisation and signature.
5. Persimmon Application - update.
6. Planning - to consider other applications received.
7. Revision of Parish Plan - briefing note from Mr Porter already circulated.
8. Parish Website.
9. Reports from associated local bodies, including LAT.
10. Date of next meeting - Thursday 25th February 2010.

The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
