The Annual meeting of Bishop's Hull Parish Council will be held at the Frank Bond Centre, Mountway Road, Bishop's Hull on Thursday, 28th May 2009, at 7.30p.m.
Bob Symons - TDBC Standards Committee - has asked to attend this meeting and will addressing members briefly on the work of the Committee.

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman.
3. Minutes:-
a) Minutes of the meeting held on 23rd April 2009 (attached);
b) Matters arising and Declarations of Interest not already recorded.
4. Finance:-
a) To consider the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2009 - attached;
b) To sign off the annual return for external audit - by post;
c) Requests for financial assistance (if any);
d) Cheques for authorisation and signature.
5. Street Cleaner - work schedule and draft Terms and Conditions - already circulated by e-mail (Mr Porter).
6. Planning - to consider applications received.
7. Reports from associated bodies, including LAT.
8. Date of next meeting - Thursday 16th July.
9. Items of Report
The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
