a) Any requests for financial assistance, including VEG re Christmas lights;
b) External auditor's report - to be signed off;
c) Half yearly financial statement - attached;
d) Cheques for authorisation and signature;
e) Internal Controls and Financial regulations.
5. Persimmon Application - update.
6. Planning - to consider other applications received.
7. Resident Friendly Parking Policy - Alan Paul.
8. Reports from associated local bodies, including LAT.
9. Meeting dates 2010 - attached.
10. Date of next meeting - Thursday 9th December 2009.

The meeting will start with a 10 minute open session where parishioners may raise any relevant items of local concern, if they wish.
