PARISH PLAN STEERING GROUP
Minutes of the meeting held on 5 September 2005.
An apology for absence was received from Sue Watts (Secretary).
1 It was decided that future meetings would be held quarterly at the Frank Bond Centre.
2 Funding- The Parish Council to be asked to fund the quarterly Steering Group meetings. Other groups will approach the Parish Council for funding if and when required for Meetings Projects. Applications will be made to the Parish Council as required. If possible external agencies will be asked to assist.
3 (a) System of reporting back - It was agreed that individual reports should be available on the website
(b) Use of the website - Updates will be posted on the website as well as individually to Sue plus the General Page to inform people about what is going on.
